Quick Detector central monitoring station is equipped with the state of the art signal processing units which can communicate effectively with the most popular alarming systems.

We at Quick Detector integrate with the latest technologies to deploy our services in order to ensure that the integrated communication between remote devices and central station is utilized in an optimum manner in terms of time and quality. We use various types of connectivities such as landline, GSM, and IP.

Our central station, which is directly connected to 911 and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is staffed by operators who are trained to respond to emergencies, alert the proper authorities and dispatch help.

Services

Intrusion detection and monitoring service

– We receive at our central monitoring station any signal from your alarm system installed at your home or business via Internet or GSM Network (3G or GPRS) or telephone landline.

– We constantly monitor all transmitted signals from alarm system whether its burglary or property damage as well as personal protection against intruders or alarm system-related errors.

– We are always in contact with 911 to ensure proper and immediate alerting to security patrols operating in the field as well as with property owners and their primary key holders to notify and confirm the emergency.

Opening and Closing Reporting service

Quick detector solution is equipped with comprehensive reporting engine, it generates the reports on a daily or a weekly basis and sends them to the desired recipients.
The following is a brief description of the available reports:

-A report that shows the date and time the protected area was opened or closed.

-A report that shows the users who opened and closed the protected areas.
-A report that shows that status of the system whether it’s armed or disarmed.

-An alarm report that lists any or all events including burglary or property damage or alarm system-related errors.

-Maintenance report for the related alarm system devices.

Opening and Closing monitoring and alerting service

We at Quick Detector keep track of minor details for your alarm monitoring and notify property owners and their primary keyholders about every single crucial event as you would maybe like to receive notifications for events of interest to you.

These could include a “missed opening” alert when someone doesn’t arrive your home or business when expected, or a “missed closing” alert when someone forgets to arm the system at the proper time.
